The popular Muscatel fiesta in Teulada

On Friday 3^rd and Saturday 4^th of September, 2010 Teulada will be celebrating its popular Muscatel Festival, with two full days of popular events and tastings are free to all attendees. We hereby include the schedule prepared for this year’s events which have multiplied.

On Friday September 3^rd the Muscatel festival begins with the poetry circuit to be held in the historic centre of Teulada at 11:00 pm, to commemorate the birth of the poet Vicent Andres Estelles and his stay in Teulada in the year 1974, the poetry circuit will leave from the Plaza de la Creu square.

New petanque court at the Residential Kalmias green area, Cumbre del Sol.

The Town Hall of Poble Nou de Benitachell has completed the new petanque court, as requested by residents of the town during the public meetings held last spring.

The new petanque court is situated at the green area of Residential Kalmias, on Cumbre del Sol Urbanization, the fastest access to the new petanque court is the south entrance to the urbanization (Benitachell-Moraira road), turn right by Grupo VAPF’s  South Information Office and after passing the two first streets of Residential Kalmias, turn left, enclosed map with directions.

The Moraira Yacht Club

The Moraira Yacht Club has a full agenda of activities and races for the coming months, we include information about the next two appointments. 

XIV Treasure Hunt, a new edition of the diving competition will take place on Saturday 28th of August 2010, which is expected to involve all underwater sports enthusiasts, to participate you must previously register, the deadline for inscriptions is the 26th of August 2010.

Historical tours of the centre of Jávea in English and German

During the month of September the town of Jávea has proposed to discover the Historic Centre through various Historical Tours organized for this month, in English and German. 

The inscription to participate on the tours and the request of additional information can be made at the Tourist Information Office of Jávea situated at Plaza de la Iglesia no. 4. The telephone number of the Tourist Information Office is 965 794 356. All tours last one hour and a half, are for a maximum of 40 people, the price for adults is 8 €, children 1 € and children under 8 years free, and the leaving time is 7pm.
