Views from Residential Estate Jazmines at Cumbre del Sol

Residential Estate Jazmines in Cumbre del Sol in Poble Nou de Benitachell (Alicante) has been released for sale: a residential area with plots to build houses, luxury villas and customized homes with incredible sea views.

Moraira castle esplanade to hold the trade fair

Gastronomic and commercial weekend in Moraira from the 30^th of April to the 2^nd of May in Moraira, at the Moraira Castle esplanade. There will be 27 stands with restaurants and shops, musical performances, a concentration of historic vehicles and Harley Davidson motorbikes and a vehicle will be raffled.

An event organized by AECO, the Association of Businessmen and Traders of Teulada-Moraira and by the Local Development Agency.

Program for the Gastronomic and Commercial Weekend in Moraira

Friday April 30^th: Inauguration of the fair at 2:00pm with a performance by the flamenco group Fardiquera, followed by salsa and mambo dancing in the afternoon and the Blues & Rock music trio “Nestor Garcia.”
Saturday May 1^st: beer and tapas, performance by the dance group Grupo de Danses Font Santa Teulada, blues, jazz, traditional Colombian dance and in the evening a rock concert by the group “Hambre y Pulgas,” Hip-Hop Music group “05 Milímetros” and mobile DJ “Ernesto Deep”.
Sunday May 2^nd: concentration of historic vehicles and Custom Harley Davidson motorcycles, at 12:30pm rock concert, followed by the raffle of a Peugeot 107 Urban and 3 sea baptisms.

During these days, attendees can buy a tickets to take part in the draw for the Peugeot 107 Urban, sponsored by Le Dauphin Restaurant and with the collaboration of Moraira Motors S.L., and the raffle of 3 sea baptisms by Mermaid Diving Moraira.

Free trip organized to Novelda

On Friday April 30^th  2010 a free trip from Poble Nou de Benitachell (Alicante) has been organized to the town of Novelda, province of Alicante, an excursion organized by the Association of European Residents of Alicante.
The trip to Novelda includes a visit to a winery.

Benitachell Ecopark regulations

The Poble Nou de Benitachell Ecopark, is on the Camí de la Torre access road to the North entrance to the Cumbre del Sol urbanization. All Benitachell residents can deposit their garden waste, cooking oils, car batteries, appliances that no longer work, paint cans, anything that can be recycled at the Ecopark. Plastic, paper, glass and clothing must be deposited in the specific containers designated for these purposes that are distributed throughout the municipality.

The Lady Elizabeth school buildings at Cumbre del Sol

The infant and primary school Lady Elizabeth of the Laude Schools is located at the Cumbre del Sol urbanization, in the school building purpously built by the VAPF Group.

Complete installations adapted to the education of children ages two to eleven years, nursery, kindergarten and primary school.

The Lady Elizabeth Junior School follows the British Curriculum for EYFS and Primary British National Curriculum, qualifications that are recognized as equivalent to the Spanish System.In addition, there is an extensive program of extracurricular activities including sports, crafts and languages.
