Historical tours of the centre of Jávea in English and German
During the month of September the town of Jávea has proposed to discover the Historic Centre through various Historical Tours organized for this month, in English and German.
The inscription to participate on the tours and the request of additional information can be made at the Tourist Information Office of Jávea situated at Plaza de la Iglesia no. 4. The telephone number of the Tourist Information Office is 965 794 356. All tours last one hour and a half, are for a maximum of 40 people, the price for adults is 8 €, children 1 € and children under 8 years free, and the leaving time is 7pm.
On Tuesday 14th of September, Historical Tour of Jávea in German, the next tour will take place on Tuesday 21st of September in English and on Tuesday 28th of September, the last tour in German.

Javea old town is approximately 1km inland from the port and is an interesting place for a quiet stroll around the shops. There are many old buildings including an excellent Museum, and the Church of San Bartolome is well worth a visit. The local Tourist Office nearby conducts weekly tours in English around both the Port and the Old Town. In the summer there are many free evening concerts and events in the Church square and Port areas to delight the visitor.
